Cards B is not here to play games, she’s really coming for everything everybody told her she couldn’t have — because, you know, she was a stripper and therefore, doesn’t deserve the best things in life.

But she don’t got to dance no more she’s making money moves. She recently made history by becoming the first woman rapper to simultaneously chart three debut entries on Billboard lists.

Her ‘Bodak Yellow’ climbed to the number one spot on Billboard Hot 100 chart and settled there for more than five consecutive weeks. It’s now holding the No. 6 spot on the top 100 chart and No.2 on the R&B/Hip Hop digital song sales chart .

She debuted at No. 5 with ‘Motorsport,’ a collaboration with Migos and Nicki Minaj.

She is also the first woman rapper to be nominated in Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song categories without any feature.

‘Bodak Yellow’ is the same song that’s making the newly-engaged couple go head-to-head in the Best Rap Performance category, in which Migos’ ‘Bad and Boujee’ is nominated.

Granted, it’s not really a one-on-one situation considering that Migos is a whole group consisting of three people, however, it will be hella interesting to find out how they react leading up to the awards and to the actual results on the day of the awards.

Also because Cardi B has been receiving a whole lot of backlash since her nominations. People have been stamping on the rumour that Kodak Black wrote the song and not her.

The Bronx native shut it all down (in a since deleted post) by pointing out her name in the credits and reminding them that the song is titled ‘Bodak Yellow’ for a reason.

You’re reaching guys, Cardi B is currently killin’ the rap game, let her flourish in peace — we sure are enjoying watching her grow from strength to strength.
